Located in the new Steiner Ranch development in Austin, Randall’s No. 2987 is our fourth project for Safeway in Texas. The high-profile store is located in an exclusive area of town.

Roche was responsible for constructing the anchor store on a site where another general contractor was handling the site development, paving, and adjacent retail.
The store is constructed on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system with a masonry load-bearing steel joist building frame system. The exterior is finished with EIFS and masonry veneer and features natural Austin limestone. A unique interior feature is the deli seating area with a limestone fireplace.
