Safety Program
At Roche Constructors, Inc., we combine integrated safety and health procedures with quality construction operations for the prevention of accidents, injuries, and illnesses. Safety and health procedures are actually “built in” to our construction operations. Under the direction of our Director of Safety and Health, we achieve the three objectives of safe, quality production; 100% OSHA compliance; and zero accidents. We are dedicated to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees on our projects. Roche Constructors, Inc.’s exemplary safety record is a direct result of our corporate commitment to safety.

OSHA Voluntary Protection Partner (VPP) Challenge Pilot Program
Roche Constructors, Inc., completed Stage III of the OSHA Challenge Pilot Program for work performed in Region VIII. Our Challenge Administrator was Associated Builders and Contractors. Roche is one of the first companies in the nation to reach this milestone achievement. Our next step is to apply directly to OSHA for participation in the Agency's Voluntary Protection Program. As a VPP member, Roche receives several benefits including no random comprehensive inspections and the authority to immediately correct non-serious violations noted from a complaint or a referral inspection and receive no citation.
